The organizers of the Afrimma Awards have finally announced the names of artists from Tanzania who will be vying for the awards this year 2026 in different categories.
The male artists who will be vying for the awards include Mbosso Khan, Diamond Platnumz, Barnaba, Juma Jux, Marioo and Joel Lwaga.
Unfortunately, the names of Harmonize and Alikiba are not on the list of Tanzanian men who will be vying for the Afrimma awards this year.
As for the female artists, those who successfully competed for the awards are Zuchu, Abigail Chams, Christina Shusho and Angel Nyigu.
The AFRIMMA Awards 2026 ceremony will be held on September 12, 2026 in Dallas, Texas, USA.
